At PopCustomized, every product is made uniquely for you. Due to the customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality.
We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
The package is lost during shipping.
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Minor variations in color, size, or placement that may occur due to the handmade/custom production process.
If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@popcustomized.com, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
We reserve the right to reject refund/replacement requests if sufficient evidence is not provided.
