Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $59 (after discounts).
Orders under $59 will have a flat shipping fee of $6.99.
Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@popcustomized.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has started, we cannot make changes due to the personalized nature of our products.
Absolutely. Any photos you upload for customization are used only for order production.
Once your order is completed and delivered, these files will be automatically and permanently deleted from our system.
Please contact us within 12 hours to update your shipping address.
If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address, and additional shipping fees may apply.
